How do you make polls?

HOw do you make polls? i'd like to make one for what character should be done next by daekazu

When you make a new topic, scroll down past the submit button, and the poll option is below. You type in your poll question in the top bar, then list the options in the box below that. I think if you edit the original post, you'd be able to add in a poll. But I'm not sure.

ok i figure out why i cna't find it... in the fanart section i guess you can't make polls... when I try to open up a tread in the general section suddenly it gives me the option... odd...

When making a poll, you can only have 10 entries to select from. Also how many votes do you want to allow? 1 or 2, etc?
