User Registration has been fixed.

While the forums see very little activity these days, the recaptcha service on the user registration page quietly shut down without anybody noticing it. Therefore, no new people could sign up to the boards.

This has now been fixed by replacing the broken captcha with a different one. So new user registration should be possible again.
