Custom Dress up blue buddy

I've finished the dress up blue buddy doll!! He was fun, the boy dolls are interesting to work with.

Also in the works next to him is a 10'' version of lurkey, he's still in need of legs, eyes , nose & antenne, but you get the idea so far

what does everyone think?

thankx everyone, I dont know if little lurkey has a home yet, but let me knwo if you are interested. I made his nose, jsut have to finish up his legs & find some good eyes for him

next will be a little rainbow lurkey too. i due time, have to finish a few other customs.

Very nicely done! I would never have thought of something like that. On the other hand, I can certainly visualize a gown for the Dress Up La La Orange. Her Dress Up outfit is very nice, but it's not all that dressy if you get what I'm saying.

I know what you mean. My husband comes home from overseas next month & he'll have no job, so doll making has been the "cushion" I've put aside for that time.It's not much, but it's something. Thank God I found this!! It's been an true blessing, I have a blast making them for everyone & it's helped us out as well.

Blondine- I know, there are so many ideas you could bring to life. I have another 10'' rainbow haired rb doll I need to make her an outfit, then she'll be up for sale as well. I was actually thinking of putting her in a dress up rb outfit instead. I'll see what looks best.

Oh Jazzy, I thought you were gonna keep her? Or is this an extra? You should keep a few dollies for yourself.
