The scars really do not strike that much ... the tats strike much more and they are nice ! :)
I am very glad that you stopped with cutting ... please do not do it again ...

I like this picture of the cheshire cat ... sorry the picture is quite small ... but the pose is so cute ! ^^

OOO I'm so glad that the tats override the scars. Thank you for telling me not to do it again - seriously, that is what I needed to hear from a friend. (BTW I didn't talk about it for pity or sympathy, just needed another point of view... I know you understand).

Hey I love that picture of cheshire cat! I'll save it to my computer and print it out to show my tattooist (BoDean). Man they can do perfect portraits of real people, and almost anything! They say they welcome the challenge :-)

OH and I forgot, back to the original subject, you all, feel free to post your picture. But if you don't want to that's okay as well.

Tom, I'm really enjoying our conversation. Thank you for communicating with me.. it's been fun!

Talk to you again soon!
~Alex~

Yeah you can barely see the scars. SO GLAD you've stopped doing that! Congrats on your almost 5 years!!! Your Cheshire cat will look awesome!! You have to post a pic when you get it done. Everyone here is super nice. I love this board!

Cheshire cat is a good idea- I don't notice the scars so much either. You should definitely not cut- have you considered therapy? I am not trying to sound insulting, I think it really is useful for everyone myself included!

I have a Rainbow Brite tat but it is now 15 years old so it has blurred around the edges- so sad! But I won't include a pic of it-

Here's me! (Shy violet) I made my friends dress up one year. Red and patty didn't make the pic-

okay- well here's what i look like without the wig- he he

You look like my sister-in-law except Rolanda (bro's wife) has dark brown hair. Great picture by the way. You two look very happy :-)
