Re: Rainbow Shoes
Anyone ever notice that so often, the coolest-looking part of a shoe is put in the least visible location when it's being worn?
Similar thing with womens' dress shoes... a lot of the insoles (or whatever they're called) have that prismatic color-changing effect on them, which makes them look fine on a store shelf, but nobody's going to see it when someone is walking around in them.

I will have to agree with you on this. You can't see much of the rainbow effect when wearing these.Starvoyager wrote:Anyone ever notice that so often, the coolest-looking part of a shoe is put in the least visible location when it's being worn?

I know right! but they're still pretty cool. I used to have shoes with laces that were similar to those when I was little. I should try to find some of those laces again, mmm neon rainbow shoelaces, eeee!

he! he! Mine were white, and I took neon blue glitter and covered them, and put neon rainbow shoelaces in *swoon*
there's always something that I love from each decade, but the 80's and 90's were really fun weren't they? I'm so glad I was born at that time (81).

I bought some rainbow shoe laces a while ago but they are too short.
