Hey hey! Dropped by and possibly sticking around!

I was thinking about Rainbow Brite the other day and dropped by the forums while looking some things up. It used to be my favorite show as a kid. I have some animation collectibles (not from this show, sorry!) and I was thinking about collecting RB stuff but I'm a little intimidated after looking at your collections!

I'm a geek of all trades. Computers, role playing, LARPing, costuming, sci-fi/fantasy, comics, conventions, books, and so much more.

I've been poking around for a bit and decided to get to posting.

Aww please stay around! We'd love to have another active member. Not all of us have very large collections

You just start with one thing and then pick up more as time passes. Much of my stuff was picked up by luck pretty cheap.

Anyway, I'm Chibi Rachy, 23, and happy to see a new member. Okay so that maybe was lame, but it works eh? There's lots on the boards to post about, both RB and non-RB related.

I vote that you should stay for a while. We are pretty easy to get along with.

And your value as a member is not measured by the size of your RB collection.

Hi I'm Stormyfan! I learn much about Rainbow Brite here. About collecting, you can pick your favorite type of item to collect. For me, I collect the dolls.

Hi Aurora, welcome to the forum! I'm a long time fan from Pennsylvania, and like you, a lover of computers and science fiction. Rainbow Brite toys are among the best ever made, so don't be afraid to pursue those if you want to own any! I would suggest eBay for a secure place to start looking. It's a well controlled environment, and there are many trustworthy sellers. Your user name is pretty.
