Idea for Rainbow's Dress!

I was watching Back to the Future Part 2 the other night when I saw this hat the main character was wearing.

It made from this highly reflective material that is different colors of the rainbow depending on what angle its viewed from. I think the "Rainbow" color of this might be the same stuff.
