No problem. I'll let you know how it goes.

Ugh, NOW I get a response:

"Since we no longer carry the Rainbow Brite books, we are not able to find out which of the books were available through the School Market."

:(

I think it's safe to assume that outside of Scholastic book fairs and products, the book wasn't available. Sometimes they print up special editions just for their catalogs. I was working on getting an order ready to place today and noticed that one book in the catalog hadn't been released yet, but was being offered through Scholastic first.

Thank you both :)

I notice it has Indigo in it, even though it's from 2005. Didn't they not have Indigo in 2005? Or was she just not made into a doll.....?

The Gen 3 dolls from 2003 only had Rainbow Brite and the Traffic Light Kids (Red, Canary and Patty) The other four Color Kids and the three Special Kids were never produced in this release. On the other hand, the books related to Gen 3 did include everyone from the Gen 1 original release in the 80's even if there weren't any toys or dolls to go with them.

Found those books in Australia if anyone else is interested. Second time I've seen them on eBay down under. Were they only released there? Waiting to see how much shipping is :(
