Sorry it took me so long! For sure he says Hong Kong and Hallmark Cards - he is also that squishy material like the UK eraser set-
I bought him in 2001 or so, so he was not made in 2005 :D
Also- all of the cute little figures made after the re-release were a hard plastic material- not rubber
Since there is a Lurky in the UK set, it makes me wonder if there is a Starlite or any other characters we might be missing...
