I am pretty sure she is a knock off- not that that is bad! I think she is really cool.
She looks a lot like some knock-off dolls I got from China- everything was almost perfect... except the rainbow was sewed on upside-down! lol
I collect the knock offs when I come across them- I think they are interesting-
