Could Someone Please Make Me A Starlight Signature/Banner?

I have three images, one I've been using. I have one that is smaller but it says in my signature section that it's too big. Could someone use a retro image of Starlight and turn it into a signature for me and somewhere have my username: Starlight_84 in it somewhere?

Sorry if this is in the wrong spot. I wanted to change my signature for a...well...change but I can't I guess.

There you go. Big ones are 150x350 and small ones are 129x300

Quality seems off. Why do these look so horrible when I post them on this forum? :/
