I really don't think that's what it means. It's a Tickled Pink doll. That doll's been kept in excellent condition. The owner knows it'll sell and is wanting offers most likely. If they meant only pay shipping, they'd say so.

Most Tickled Pinks I've ever seen go for around $50-60. She looks in Mint condition, you can possibly get more for her, especially if she's sold with that booklet.

Well she is in excellent condition and has that booklet. I've never seen a TP sold with that booklet before so that could be part of it. I'd research prices some more before thinking of anything though. Ebay didn't have any currently for sale, so I can't go off that.
