Coloring Book Scans

Post by Watercolor »

I noticed this a few months ago, and it got me MAD.

This auction: http://cgi.ebay.com/17-Vintage-Rainbow- ... 240%3A1318

Rainbow Brite Coloring Books on CD

AND the images are those from Rainbow Brite. Net.

The image count is the same, and this person is PROFITING from it. 6 auctions already purchased. I Emailed the seller asking if they were AWARE of this, and never got a reply.

We are dealing with SLIME people. This is not cool. I actualy emailed those who left feedback from their purchases and informed them that they BOUGHT materials that are FREE online, because that just isn't right.

These are rare and hard to find.

If they can be downladed for free an unlimited number of times, how is that so? That seller definitely looks like a cheater to me.

yeah, well. I tried to report it, and they keep selling. I have informed some of the buyers of their purchases, but only AFTER their names show up under the sellers feedback, and by that point it is too late.

Ebay even locked my account because some members claimed I was SPAMMING them! I wasn't! I was trying to HELP them! It was either that or Ebay noticed the emails I was sending were all the same thing and locked me anyway. I tried to get hold of their tech support when my account got locked and they wouldn't listen to me.

I've done all I know to do. I'm not going to risk my account for this.

That's just mean of them... I'm so sorry that had to happen to you. TECH SUPPORT WOULDN'T LISTEN TO YOU? They don't sound any better than the inmature cyber bullies I run into on youtube.

Did you inform Katy about this as well? Maybe if she got in touch with ebay (or hallmark even) something could be done.

The original auction was this one: http://cgi.ebay.com/17-Vintage-Rainbow- ... dZViewItem And I did email that to Katy. I also reported it. Neither were replied to by Ebay or Katy. I have no idea what to do now. I will try to email again.
