2005 Book: Rainbow of Colors

Post by Rainbow Brite »

I recently acquired another 2005 RB book that I didn't know existed:

Image

On the back cover, it says "This edition is only available for distribution through the school market" so I'm guessing it was only sold through book fairs. I've emailed Scholastic to see if there were any other Rainbow Brite books only sold through book fairs, but they haven't told me yet. I'll let ya'll know what I find out!

I seen that one about a month ago or so on ebay. It was from Australia. I didn't bid on it because it would of been expensive to ship it here to the US. If you find out if any website has it, let me know. Thanks :)

that's cool.

I notice it has Indigo in it, even though it's from 2005. Didn't they not have Indigo in 2005? Or was she just not made into a doll.....?

Very good find indeed. I've never seen this book before.

It was most likely sold through the book fairs and school book orders. When I was on scholastic the other day the only Rainbow Brite stuff they had left was a set of the "Friends Forever" coloring books as a 20 piece class pack...they seem really intent on pushing friendship class packs... they have them for so many series.

In other news with scholastic, they received an epic win for their book order forms years ago...Today, people rate them as nearly epic fail for them.

Katy, have you found anything else on this book?

I'm still in search of this. Why is it so hard to find?

I could see what contacts are available to me via the website. I have a teacher account on there, and I'll be placing a book order very soon so I'll see about checking it out then.
