Auto Login Lastd Too Short
Auto Login Lastd Too Short
Why did the login last for s short time? I had checked on aotumatic login and after a few visits, I had to relog in. I never logged out. Is there some way to fix it, so we can stay logged in until we log out ordelete teh cookies and data?

It is currently set to 24 hours, after a day you would have to log in again. This is for security purposes but it can be changed if members are more happy with a longer session. I myself have my login details stored in the firefox cache so all I do is hit the login button without having to re-type anything, but I would not recommend this on any computer that is shared with others.
What do others think about this? Is the login time too short? Let me know!

I dunno. It doesn't bother me. This isn't one of the sites I need to stay logged into at all times. It's nice of course, but since I don't have information that is locked away from the public here that I'd need to be logged in to see and manipulate, I'm fine.

The login time doesn't bother me, either. I'm perfectly happy with it as-is.

I can't stand logging in every time is there some way we can change it? It is such a hassle to me, as this is the only board doing this. But if it relates to not getting spam or something sure.
