Patreek I can't speak for Jazzy, but as someone who made custom Stormy dolls to sell on ebay circa 2004, I couldn't find that fabric. And believe me, I tried. I ended up making my own, by using green fabric with a layer of shiny plastic over it and sewing them together, for every custom Stormy I sold. Years later, I happened to come across somebody selling the actual type of fabric on some obscure fabric message board. She said she had bought it a decade before to make a costume and had a small piece left. I bought it, in hopes of making a Stormy for my own collection someday. (I had sold all of the customs I had made as I finished them because I was a poor college student, and never saved one for myself.) The fabric is still in my stash. I hope to use it someday...but it may be when I'm retired as life is far too busy now. At any rate, it's very difficult to find as I've never come across any of it again.
