It's definitely designed after the Gen 4 dolls.

I saw that as well. It's just that the blue dress seems too flat and dull to be a Gen 4 doll even if the accessories are purely Gen 4.

Maybe she's a Gen 3.5.

It is pretty cute actually,
but I have seen better ones out there that were more original like.

This one is like the 2010 dolls, or the fourth generation. It was not suppossed to look like the original 80's dolls. Other than the shade of blue, it does a good job at making the wearer look like a Gen 4 doll.

I came across that a week or so ago. I'm definitely going to get it once it's for sale on there.

I love the new look and it's better than the other ones I've seen out there.
