they were toys made during the same era of rb, I actually had soem of them, the animals that came with them were very similar to my little ponies too :)
A fan of moondreamers has me making all the characters in 18'' doll, except these two were smaller in the line so they are 10'' dolls. I will never again do these dolls with vinyl hair!!! It is way expensive & a huge mess & very very time consiming, compared to yarn. He had to cover the expenses, it was just too much! I'll stick with the 25th ann. dolls for that :P

? dont know. are there doll wigs for these size heads?

Problem is for some of them the hair colors are funny. only two were 10'' dolls, the rest are 18'' dolls. pretty sure he wants the rerooted though.

I've seen them for barbie size type dolls.

They sell wigs that fit Pullips and abjds on the internet in many colors. Pullips have pretty big heads and abjds come in a wide range of sizes from tiny to 60cm tall. I think you would need to measure around the head to see what size wig you would need.

I don't necessarily mean for this project but just something to keep in mind for future projects. There are even fluffy mohair wigs.
