Whisper the Winged Unicorn

Did anyone else here ever have the little books Whisper the Winged Unicorn? My mom always got them for me used - I think we'd find them at yard sales and stuff and snatch them up - so we never got the stickers... Makes me sad T-T I checked ebay, and there are only two of them. I still have all of the ones I've gotten over the years. I think there are eight or so that I have. I'll have to keep checking around... They're great learning-to-read books with a moral for each one. I'd love to have them for my kids. Plus, the art's so pretty!

Of course I should've looked at Amazon first. Of course of course. Seems it's hard to find any of them with stickers, though xD

Yes i had them, think my daughter has them now. I'd have to look, she's got sons of books. i loved them too!

They were so neat! I'll have to see about writing a few of my own for my kids. And gosh darnit. I hate Amazon's shipping charges. The books could be listed for under a dollar, or only two or three, which makes buying four of them no problem. But add shipping, and four of them are twenty bucks. *shakes a fist*

Ya the tricky part is to find stuff from the same seller to save on shipping

Yeah. Which is nearly impossible when you're looking for specifics. I even wrote down the seller names so I could doublecheck for the same people, but alas. It just really, really, really stinks to find a book for eight cents and still have to pay four bucks for it. That little book does not take four bucks to ship. *grumblegrumble* Oh well... I sent an email to the publisher of the books, to see what it would take to be able to make new ones.

well thats a good idea. if it doesn't work another idea is to start a online petition or something to show their is interest in it.

I could do that, yeah. I found a website that is all about the series with a ton of info about it. I might be able to talk with the woman who started it and see if she'd be interested in teaming up to bring it back.

Good idea. Unfortunately they've only got four of them, and I have all of them. I think I'll just bide my time and keep an eye out.
