There are some days when I just feel old.

I, my dear, AM old. :bg:

I bought Gen 1 toys as an adult for someone that was near and dear to me back then.

Now she's 29 and won't speak to me anymore.
:(

You are never to old for Rainbow Brite. Recently my mom found a picture of me with Rainbow Brite from when I was a toddler. I'm now 26  .

You should post it! I can't remember which thread, but at some point a number of us were posting old photos of us as children with our Rainbow Brite dolls. :)

As I was in Target today, I thought I'd buy another set of the roller stamp markers. As I was picking through, looking for a set with 2 Rainbow Brite rollers (some have 2, others only have 1)...I saw a weird looking one.
As I looked closer, I realized that I recognized the repeating symbol.

Yep. Someone in production has screwed up and put BATMAN symbols on some of the Rainbow Brite rollers. I then looked through the rest to see if this was a single anomaly ----- it isn't. There are others. I wonder how many confused little girls will open those packages, only to find the bat-symbol.

(since it was too funny, I had to buy a set!)
