Custom Stormy's Sprite I Painted

I'm not really a customizer, but I have wanted one of these for a while and finally just decided to give it a try myself. I know it's not perfect, but I love it. I did a lot better than I thought I could. It used to be Lucky sprite.

Thank you Sarah! That one didn't before I painted him, so I don't know. I suppose he would if I put a battery in him.
