Glad you are interested ! :-)
Sun is right ... it could narrow the fun a little bit if one reads the translation before listening to the recorded tape.
I will complete my translation the following days and will mail the script to sun.
He will apportion the text for every necessary speaker/narrator.
I hope you have understanding. But hey ...(pleasant) anticipation is a good thing right ?

Today is my cleaning-day ... although I cleaned my whole flat I also found some time to translate more.
I managed to translate 39 minutes by now ...
only 4 minutes tape left !
This will be done soon !

I am through ! I finished my translation.
43 minutes of tape !!!

I am very happy !
I hope the translation is acceptable.
Sun can evaluate this best I guess.
I will read the script one more time and will mail it to Sun !

I hope I can be of help for this project.
I think it s a funny thing to record story tapes !

I wanted to give it a try and so I recorded some lines for the two Dinoheads of tape 2.
At first I felt quite embarrassed when I listened to my own recorded voice .. but this feeling decreases quickly ! :-)))))))))))

I would love to know what Sunspire thinks about my first try !

Sun does not like my dinoheads ... so I think I give up ! ;-)

Dinohead 1 and 2 therefore are still available again.

Awesome Tom- I would love to read your translations. Am I wrong or has the story-tape translation project been going on for ... well, quite a long time? When did it start anyways? I seem to recall it being around when the boards were new, he he

It started some time in late 2003, I was still living in Germany then but life took many unexpected turns and the years passed with not much happening, some people even thought the project had died altogether.

But luckily there's still a lot of interest in translating the tapes so hopefully this year we'll finish another one!! tom-sprite has done a great job translating the 4th episode which he sent me to turn it into a transcript for our voice actors so they can record their lines! The scripts will also be made available seperately once a tape has been released.

This evening I made a sketch for the custom CD-cover of tape 4 !

Tommorow I will make the outlines and maybe also the coloration !

I finished the custom CD - cover for German story tape 4 today ! :-)

One can see :

The artist/painter with his goat and parrot ( important character )

and

Patty ( she is central for tape 4 )

Hope you guys like it a little bit ! ^^
