My car is totaled. A kid with no license pulled out right in front of me. A police officer had just turned and saw the accident.

I am badly bruised and burned from the air bag and seat belt and I have a few cuts. My best friend who was my passenger got it worse than I did but they let her come home tonight too. Her knee incision split open where she had surgery 3 weeks ago and her arm is gouged down to the muscle.

There were 3 kids in the pickup truck that pulled out in front of me. One tried to jump in another car and get away. None of them were hurt and their pickup just had a dent on the front fender. I have not heard yet what all the police charged them with.

Tomorrow if I feel up to it I will write more. Right now I have Vicodin head. I love you all.

Here are my 2 worst injuries. My chest has a bad seat belt burn and my arm has a cut, bruises, and an air bag burn. I have more cuts and bruises all over my chest and stomach.

Oh man! I'm glad you're well enough to be able to come home, same with your friend. I was in a pretty bad car wreck a few years ago; probably one of the scariest things in the world the average person can go through.

Ouch! That's got to hurt. I glad you'er ok. I hope the ones responsible for this get the proper punishment. That really stinks when some kids without a licence can jump infront of you and wreck you, your friend, and your car.

Oh my gosh I'm so sorry!!! What reckless idiots!! I hope they're not allowed a license for a VERY long time. Please make sure you get to a chiropractor and take care of yourself. Car wrecks can wreak havoc on your health.

Kat~ I'm so sorry you and your friend had to go through this. It's a shame about the car but I am glad you both are still alive!! Road accidents are the worst, I've been "nearly" hit by a car as a pedestrian here in Birmingham on numerous occasions .. there are a lot of inexperienced or even careless drivers out there, they scare the heck out of me sometimes.

Make sure you get all the rest you need, I hope you'll feel better soon!

My friend can't walk.

your friend is paralyzed? Oh that's terrible! I hope he/she can become able to walk again!

Man, that must have been some accident. I hope your friend recovers soon and can walk again. It was also good that there was a policeman there when it happened.
