WOW if thats their biggest fracking issue to report on the news then they need to do some head examinations.....its a bit of paint on a side of a building.... come to to where i am and report on everything being flooded.....3 states in total and hundreds of towns... under water..... and all they worry about is rainbow paint on a building **shakes head**

mind you i think it look awesome....we need more colour in this world.....i say who ever the rainbow paint bandit is...DO SOME MORE
