Hi, I was just writing to tell you all that I watched the new MLP show called My Little Pony Friendship and the plot was similar to Rainbow Brite complete with dark princess and everything. The episode I watched was Friendship is Magic. It was on Comcast On Demand. I appreciated the historical elements of the show. They had the old castle in it, the beginning of the old song, and Spike the dragon. I really enjoyed it!

I watch it with my daughter on fridays. I also noticed the similarity to Rainbow Brite. The show is actually pretty cute. Its a nice mixture of vintage and new MLP.

What network is it on? (e.g. Nicktoons, Cartoon Network, etc)

It's on a new channel called the Hub. They also have Strawberry Shortcake, Fraggle Rock, Transformers, GI Joe, and tons of other awesome vintage shows!
