Is she wearing clothes from one of the dress up sets?

The dress and boots are from a Dress-Up Rainbow Brite doll, but it appears that they've added some embellishments and given her a different undershirt. She is cute

I think she's super cute too, and very well made from just what I see.
I'm so glad she was "rescued"... It's cool to see fans being creative to bring older dolls back to life.
