Help identifying RB Clock

Hi all

Im wondering if anyone can give me details on a clock ive had since i was a kid. I cant find any examples of it online.
The website has a grainy picture of it but no release details or anything.
It says Hallmark 1983 on the side

Sorry is this is inappropriate. I just not sure if its a rare thing i should be taking care of or a common one i can pass on to a child.

It is rare, but I doubt a child would hurt it if it were just hanging on their wall
