I'll quote ya this from the first page:

REMINDER: Please, no "pairs". Single characters only. (Sprites are more like accessories, so they are okay.)

The Rainbow/Starlite one slipped through the cracks and is why the reminder is there for this time's contest.

The Stormy one that has Skydancer is easy to explain. That was my entry. The original entry was only "Stormy, sitting and brooding". However, the anonymous artist who completed the request added Skydancer and the background at their discretion. It was not asked for in the request, but merely something the artist wanted to do.
