The United Media released a Press Release on November 1st detailing it's venture for the 25th Anniversery of Rainbow Brite.

Empowering a new generation of girls to spread
hope and happiness, a new innovative program launch is underway featuring
Rainbow and her best friends Tickled Pink and Moonglow.

A new logo was posted on their site as well.

I have been on that page like a hawk for weeks and they NOW update the image! Well, I guess they got the emails I sent them about it.

Thats really cool! I like the new re-vamped Stralite he looks really beautiful with a full Rainbow mane. You guys heard Bratz are no longer going to be made XD *does happy dance*. On another note...Also can we tell them to change it to Moonglo that is what her name is after all. Since it is Rainbow Brite not bright and Starlite not light. Just because the German box has Moonglow doesn't mean a thing. The concept of our spelling to them is lost. And lets vote to change that on wikipedia. Like belief a test market version or the spelling from the animated TV series where the character concept arrived from.

I like this new look of Rainbow Brite. It stays with the orgiginal 80s style while it's up to date as well.

Yes somebody on the my little pony forum posted about it. I'm so glad that those trashy no good dolls are gone. They presented a bad image to kids.
