Haha! I guess that's why I thought it was a unique auction, I have never really seen those before, or noticed.

Actually, I have never seen one like that before, with or without Rainbow Brite.

I've never seen people use them much, but I've seen them for sale lots. They're basically meant to keep the shopping cart sanitary for baby
