How do you give a full refund through paypal? I sold an item on eBay and cannot find it anywhere to send out.

Am I able to do that without getting bad feedback?

If worse comes to worse, ask the buyer to send you a paypal money request for the full amount. You can should already have the email address they use on paypal and you from when they paid you and send the money to them as friends and family.

I'm sure there's an easier way, but I don't know what it is.

1. Log into Paypal
2. Find the proper transaction in the list
3. Click "Details"
4. Just below "Net Amount" there is a link labeled "Issue Refund"
It'll ask you how much of a refund you want to give. Just enter the total amount they paid you.
