If these were the only options given...

I would choose Stormy. She gets to make weather, play in the clouds, fiesty, and she has a really thunderific horse...

I'd always choose Stormy, but that's because Stormy's always been my favorite. Feisty, temperamental, and does what she wants to.

I picked Stormy since she is a firery, caring person.

Out of the three choices given, I choose Moonglow. She was by far the most beautiful, tender and delicate of all those living in Rainbow Land. She also had a very important job to do there and her sprite was a little different to the rest of them.

Now if I could have chosen anyone, it would have been Rainbow Brite, Shy Violet, Kitty Brite and Moonglow in that order. La La and Indigo are too full of themselves for my taste and the guys don't interest me. Red has the same problem that La La and Indigo have and Buddy is pretty one-dimensional.
