I can tell from the paint and costume the Evil Princess Doll was most likely created by BabyDoll (LindaJean).

Unfortunatly she is not active online anymore, her site was taken down about a year ago, and she stopped replying to emails and PMs. I hope she is okay.

If it wasn't made by her, there was another ebay member "Moonglodreamer" or something to that nature who stole/copied her design and was selling them on ebay. That was about 5 years ago.

As for the owner of the collection pictured, I have no idea.

The screen name is "BabyDoll" but that isn't LindaJean. She wasn't based in the UK.
