Stormy-ish

Post by Watercolor »

So, with the new release of the Rainbow Brite for 2009 I decided to re-design "Stormy" done in a similar style.
Here she is, using the "Rainbow Brite" style boots, "The face and hair are inspired by "Fawn" from the Disney Fairies.

I digitaly colored it...so...yeah. I'm still practicing digital. I'm much better at hand.
Anyway, here she is STORMY-ish!

That's a nifty redesign :)

I love Fawn and Stormy. They have one thing in common
They are popular cartoon characters and are not as popular as the others in their series.
Seriously, Disney let Fawn have her turn of being popular in TinkerBell and the Lost Treasure this October
(since most graphic tees in my size have Tink, Silvermist and Iridessa)

BNy the look of her eyes in your drawing, she looked like a villian.

I could imagine your drawing looking like an authentic art work for the character.
I'm also a Disney Fairys fan.
