I'm pretty sure that that custom outfit is the one Tilas was having made... that was the person she was getting it from. It's in her blog here.

I commissioned AmbitiousLove to make that costume for me for my Pullip, Wisp. Her outfit which is on it's way to me right now. I am SO excited to get it, Wisp is going to look great in it! Just need to get Wisp a new Obitsu body to match, cause the outfit might be a little big on her current type 3. Ah well, no biggie. OH very cool! can't wait to see it! I don't know much about these dolls. They interesting look to them though. I saw these pics and my jaw dropped, its just such a well done custom! Congrats on your new piece!
