For all of you people that make or want to make custom RB-based dolls...

You can NOT put a dress from an Emotions RB or Patty on the 18 inch versions of the same dolls from Mattel. The Emotions dolls are 41 Cm/16 inches compared to the Mattel large dolls who are 46 Cm/18 inches. The Mattel dresses will of course go on the Emotions dolls, but they'll look kind of funny because they are so much larger.
