Magical Girl Rainbow Brite

Alright, so, I had the overwhelming desire to make a magical girl Rainbow Brite. I chose that magical girl age for the age to do my RB doujinshi, but that still wasn't the feel I was going for with it. So, I thought I'd just go ahead and make a version of her like that. The pose, if anyone recognizes it, is taken from a figure from Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha, seen here.


The staff and coat were fun to design. I did this very quickly, so it's not as good as it could be. Didn't want to take away from the time I'm spending on art to-sell ^^;

Thanks, guys! The staff was interesting to come up with, especially the colours. I almost, out of habit, just copied the staff that the original figure I pulled the pose from was holding, but caught myself xD I wouldn't have given her a staff at all, but I figured the new version's got her with a baton, so why not a staff?


I'll look for that picture. It was only a quick sketch, and I never even put in their faces, so I'll probably just wind up re-doing it, but it'd be fun anyhow.
