Dress up rainbow brite cowgirl outfit

I messed up the one side, the glue stick together & teared a few little frays off. it's on her left back side though.

selling the outfit with or without the doll. Thought with the doll may be cute. I could not figure out how to make a hat, or find the right size.
I will be making the other outfits soon.

Plan to make one of each outfit, maybe two. the last will be the party outfit, as I still have yet to find the fabric for it.

I wonder can you make this outfit but with the skirt and vest a blue color like the proto pic? Probably the fabric is hard to find
