I am curious to know what you fans think about the newer dolls vs. the vintage line:

Here are my thoughts:

Vintage:

*Seem to have cuter faces with warmer skin tones and better coloration.

*Seem to be made of better quality materials with more variations in fabrics.

*Bodies look more like the animation, short bodies, larger heads

New dolls:

*Articulation is nice in the 12" size

*costumes seem to have more accurate details and look more like the drawings/animation

*Faces not as cute. Less kid-like, more baby doll

What are your thoughts on the toy lines? I'm curious to know

I am more of a nostalgic so i prefer the vintage ones, even if the newer ones were well made too.
