I made this thread with the intention of using it to post bits and pieces I pick up every so often. Hopefully, I'll continue to collect in the future as long as money permits

I have decided to revamp this first post to make it more friendly and more usable... it was first posted when we couldn't edit... now it's time to be fixed!

My first collection item: Rainbow Brite's Treasury



My second piece was the Paint a Rainbow in Your Heart record, still sealed:



I've also gotten my first custom doll, a Stormy I bought off galacticatt. This is my prized piece, as it looks like Stormy as she was in the television show.



Then there's the 2003/2004 coloring books I've snagged. They are listed as follows:

I recently (4/12/09) purchased the Rainbow Brite and the Star Stealer DVD, as well as the Rainbow Brite and the Star Stealer comic book in near mint condition.



Got this lovely paper doll book sometime the second to last week of April. It was on sale on ebay at a lower price than I've normally seen it.



Just received (5/2) these two read-along storybooks with their records. I got a super deal on it as well.

Great find! For the life of me, I can't find my Paint a Rainbow in your Heart record...and I know I used to have one because one of my childhood friends gave me hers. It's driving me crazy! lol

lol thanks. I just had to get it once I saw it. Of course, my parents saw it today and wondered if I was going to open it and find a record player to play it... they were quite amused by the shocked look I gave them! Good luck in finding yours!

The cover may match the same shape for the restored CD cover. What did teh Rainbow Brite Christ on the back cover look like?

It looks like this. It's from an auction on eBay. This guy apparently has tons and is legit and I am going to get an album from him someday I hope.

Revamped the first post... added pictures for everything and updated the list with my current collection pieces

I've gotten really bad at keeping this updated, but I added a lot more items to it. Now I'm starting to think I should organize it by item type and not by date! XD Anyway, everything's been added and tagged.

I'm only sorry the young me didn't take better care of those tapes. Those poor boxes T-T Still, I'm glad they're in the hands of someone who'll treasure them. I've had them for so long that they didn't mean much to me at all >.<
