I just bought a treasure trove of six MIB Gen 1 dolls on ebay!
Lot 1: Gen 1A RB USA and Gen 1B La La Orange from...CANADA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The La La doll is a significant find. Until I first saw her a few days ago, I had no idea if the 1B trio (Buddy, La La and Shy) were ever sold in Canada. Now I know for a fact that they were.
Lot 2: Gen 1B RB USA Sleeper Set and 1B Buddy Blue from...MEXICO!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lot 3: Gen 1A Canary Yellow from Europe and an Indigo in a Gen 1B box, which is something else that I've never seen before!
The seller is someone I know personally. It seems that she is thinning out her extensive collection.
I wish I could find Red and Canary in the 1B box. I've at least seen a photo of a 1B Canary, but never one of a 1B Red. The 1B Indigo and Canary dolls were both in European boxes.
The main difference between 1A and 1B is the 1B boxes do not have the image of Rainbow Brite in the lower left corner of the window.
