There are two sizes. I just bought this larger one last night. I have no idea whether or not it's a licensed product, but it looks pretty cool. Once I get it, I'll let ya'll know if there's a tag or other copyright markings.

Perhaps they've got a troop of artists that come up with these images, as it's the only product this company seems to sell and they have images for all kinds of properties. Like this Lady Lovely Locks one:

That's definitely new art. There haven't been any LLL re-releases have there? Since I don't know much of anything about licensing, I don't know how expensive it would be to get the rights to make your own image of an established property and sell it on an item. Perhaps it is feasible?

Aww dang I wonder how they got a high enough quality version to be able to print it that large. Perhaps they paid the artist for a full res copy? Hmmm...
