Do any of you own this item?

It's definitely a record -- it says 45 at the bottom, which generally means 45rpm.

It is a record single of the French Rainbow Brite theme song sung by Claude Lombard. One side is the song with lyrics, the other is the instrumental/karaoke version.

RB UK is correct, it's just a recording of the RB theme song in French.
