What are complete out of box Tickled pinks worth now?

They seem to be selling for so little, I just thought I'd see what they are priced at right now.
I've seen some on ebay for 70+ but they keep relisting for less.
What are complete out of box Tickled pinks worth now?

Searching the closed listings yielded 1 TP which sold for $95 on the 20th.
There is a current listing of one with no boots, high bid is currently $17.50

The prices also depend on what country they are listed in. There's an excellent but loose one in Italy with an asking price of around $120.
