I have one tickled pink with thinner hair than the others. Were they ever made differently this way or do you think she was rehaired?

As your little pink friend was one of the last introduced she was not made in the same large numbers as the original 1A release dolls such as RB and Patty. Chances are they were all made in the same factory and there weren't any major variations. On the other hand, one of the factory's suppliers may have been unable to get the original yarn and found a last minute substitute. Just for fun, look at the necks of all of your TP's and see if they all say the same thing, such as Made in Taiwan or Made in China. If there is more than one country shown then my theory above goes out the window.

The possibility or giving her a makeover with new hair can not be ruled out.

All 12!!!! WHOA! lol Thats a lot of Tickled Pinks! Can I have one? Its the only doll I don't have. hahaha. In my dreams right? ;-)

yeah lol, I want to keep them all because I love each and every one of them.


btw, I just noticed something interesting. The colors on the ends of the bodysuit sleeves varies between tickled pinks. And sometimes the rainbow stripes go around the suit in reverse order.
