Maybe I'm just getting too old, but most of what follows the few seconds of RB is pretty, uhhh, sick to be polite about it. Somehow it fails to find my sense of humor.

I think I'll have to refrain from looking at any more of it.
Maybe it's just my age or maybe it's all those years I spent in the service, but I certainly don't see anything funny about turning a machine gun on people. OK, they're not real people but it's the thought that counts.
And for anyone who thinks that sort of thing is funny, please ask those who have been protesting against various governments in Africa and the middle east what they think when they see this same stuff happen in real life to their friends and family members.

...or you could accept that it's a cartoon, a joke, and obviously has nothing to do with the wars of real life..
taking things too serious.. especially robot chicken is SUCH a waste of time... honestly
maybe it is "your age" my parents don't find it funny either...
eta, I've lost two very close friends in the war in Iraq and Afghanistan in the past 10 years.
I'm not talking acquaintances or friends around school, but close friends. People that SHOULD be standing at my wedding but won't be there because of the war.
I don't take such things lightly, and while i haven't personally seen what people over seas have, but i do realize it can be horrific.. i don't think i appreciate the attitude that because i might be a "person that finds robot chicken funny" i somehow lose the ability to understand that REAL LIFE violence is wrong?
I have to agree. I feel like that was more than I wanted to see!I don't find humor in it. Guess rb is popular enough to even be on shows like that. I do find it amusing that she's quite the character to pop up everywhere. lol
I do agree, being a wife of a military man, stuff like that in any form, even cartoon, is not funny in the least bit. My husband was just in Iraq. It's just never funny when you've had a loved one there for over a year & hear the horror stories, or train with guns. Some use humor like that because they can't handle the real version. My hubby knows a few. It happens. It's tough to handle. But to each there own.
