You know that evil child from Toy Story? The one who made Frankenstein Monsters out of his toys and lit other ones on fire? That kid was less cruel than whoever did that to a G.I. Joe.

Well I don't see it as that cruel. Whoever made it did at least use a female GI Joe character (even though she is rather butch) and not a guy. (that would be much scarier)
