Those "growing up" phases are annoying. I remember I got rid of things I wish I'd kept too when I went through that. I was lucky I kept my Power Ranger stuff, even though my Kimberly figure got lost over the years and I had to buy a new one.FanChan wrote:I actually had two of the Barbie horses that were that mold. I miss them T-T Something else I got rid of at yard sales when I was in my 'growing up' phase. Rosebud and....oh, what was the name...hmm... Desert Runner? Hm. Now I can't remember. Rosebud was my prize horse, though. Whenever I played with my horses, she was always the one in charge. My best friend got her for her birthday or Christmas or what not, and my mom got her for me the next time presents were in order.
At least I kept my Grand Champions and MLPs ~_~

For me it was different, I wanted to keep them all, and my mum kept throwing them away. I had this MLP keyboard and i always find it in the bin after retrieving it from it the day before!Chibi Rachy wrote:Those "growing up" phases are annoying. That was part of my problem, as well. Mom kept urging me to clear out some of my stuff, and I thought I was being a 'big girl' by getting rid of them. Man, what a tragedy... We sold off a bunch of my Disney VHS movies, just about my entire Barbie collection save for my Alladin and Jasmine dolls. Actually, I'm not sure we do still have those. I have no idea where they are. I'm still kicking myself for selling my N64 way back when. I miss that system.
These days I just say that I'm keeping it all for my future kids and leave it at that.

I really wanted to keep my ten-inch 2003 Wish Bear and I wonder if she got burned (the reason for my user name) She was worn to the color purple-green and arms falling off so if I see a Wish Bear in any form in any condition at all I will get her. (it's a shame I can't find 2003 Wish Bear tees at Walmart* only Good Luck, Love-a-Lot and Grumpy)
Re: Hard Body Sunriser
I first owned the Sunriser mold as a tan Barbie horse named Dallas from 1983. She had soooo many small parts with her saddle...
