It's a beautiful pendent! However, it isn't an official "Rainbow Brite" design. It looks too "complicated". Rainbow Brite jewelry usually will have characters or use art easily identifiable as "Rainbow Brite" which would be more simplistic. But I wouldn't rule it out yet without checking it for a Ha...
