Customising a doll

Post by Vicky03 »

Hi all!

I'm hoping to have a go at Customizing a dress up RB 10" doll but as I have not ever done this before, I have NO IDEA where to start! Does anyone have any good tips? Any good web links for where I could get materials etc? I can sew (which is a start) but I haven't ever had a go at dolls before! Also, how on earth do you re-root hair???

I'm grateful for any help or advice!

Customizing the 18'' dolls are much easier than the smaller dolls.

I actually have several 18'' doll heads, and few smaller ones. Do you have a rerooting tool?? Or are you using a large needle? You need zip ties, which I have some extras as well.
